With a unique glass greenhouse where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and bird sounds in the evening and admire the beautiful starry sky. Surrounded by beautiful forests such as the Sprielder and Speulderbos, you can enjoy nature. Our forest house is located in a quiet recreational park between Putten and Garderen. So if you like walking and/or cycling through nature, then this is the perfect house for you! Good rental income via AirBnB and Booking.com. This house was completely renovated in 2022, the roof was renewed and insulated. Our cosy house has been completely renovated and decorated in a stylish Scandinavian style. The cottage has a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed (a cot is also available). The living room has a nice corner sofa on which you can relax with a view of the garden (and the Squirrels that regularly visit). Behind the curtain we have hidden a smart TV (with internet connection) that can easily be turned towards the sofa with a bracket. The garden is directly accessible from the living room through a sliding door, wonderful for the warm summers. Our Boshuisje has a spacious kitchen with many modern appliances (combi oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, hand blender, kitchen scales, dishwasher!) WiFi is also available. All basic necessities such as bath towels, tea towel, dishcloth, soap, washing up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, olive oil, salt & pepper are provided. House plus land + inventory.
