What is an internet broker?

With an internet broker, you can sell your home at a lower rate than with a traditional broker. For this lower rate, you also carry out work yourself during the sales process. If you do many things yourself, the price of the package of your choice will also decrease further. When you decide to sell your home via an internet broker, you will carry out the viewings yourself for every package you can choose.

It is often the case with an internet broker that you can choose from a number of different packages. These packages range from very comprehensive to just very stripped down. For example, you can choose to only do the viewing yourself, in which case you can sell your home for as little as a thousand euros. But if you choose to write the description text and take the photos yourself, you can sell your house for an average of five to six hundred euros.
